PROJECT ST. PATRICK -
preserving the past - forming a future
ST. PATRICK'S RESTORATION PROJECT:
We have been awarded grants amounting to £250,000 from Historic Scotland, Heritage Lottery, and Places of Worship to begin essential repairs to the church roof - the first step in the process of restoring our church to its proper condition. The parish, however, needs to raise £106,000 as its contribution to this first stage in the work.
The concert by the ST. PATRICK'S BAROQUE ENSEMBLE was a great success! Everyone commented on the extgremely high standad of palying and singing, and the conert raised £545 for the campaign.
Look out for details of their next concert in St. PAtrick's, scheduled for some time in October 2009
Meanwhile, on Saturday 27 June 2009, some 20 parishioners took part in a 3 -mile sponsored walk - and here's the evidence to prove it!
Raring to go?
"Can we just take the bus?"

A final count is still to take place, but we are confident on over £1,000 being raised for
PROJECT ST. PATRICK
