WEST END DEANERY
For some years now, this deanery has offered a twice a year course for couples preparing to be married in the Catholic Church. On average, we prepare 100 couples for marriage each year. The courses run in Lent and September, on four consecutive Fridays, in Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Church, Mitre Rd., Glasgow G11 7EF, tel: 334 5330.
Each session lasts for one hour,
from 7:00 -8:00 pm.
The next course (Lent 2011) will take place on the Fridays 11, 18, 25 March, 1 April.
As part of the Archdiocesan Marriage Preparation Programme, coupples on this course are also expected to take part in the FOCCUS programme, run by Scottish Marriage Care. Details can be obtained from your parish priest.
